Course Introduction

Module 1:Learning Objectives: To be able to:1.       Understand some basic Arabic structures.2.       Become less dependent on translations, and thus get closer to the book of Allah by being able to see the Divine words more directly.3.       Begin to converse in Arabic—your first language!Prerequisites: Knowing the Arabic alphabet, ability to read the Quran.Benefits (Allah willing):1.       Richer salaah (prayer) experiences.2.       An improved, stronger bond of brotherhood and sisterhood.3.       Real fun. (By the way, there are only three types of fun: fake fun, cheap fun, and real fun. Fake fun is in prohibited acts, cheap fun is one that does not benefit you in the Hereafter, and the real fun is the one that helps you get closer to Allah, closer to Jannah!)4.       Stronger imaan.
